It all started with a small concept - a simple character sketch that I later refined and colored. At some point, I wanted to see how it would work in 3D, which led to this project.

The model started from a simple blockout and gradually evolved into a more refined sculpt. At this stage, I was focusing on shaping the overall proportions and silhouette, before moving into finer details.

After the sculpt was finalized, I created a lowpoly version of the character and prepared it for texturing. The focus at this stage was on keeping the silhouette clean while optimizing the geometry for a game-ready asset.

The model was then taken into Substance 3D Painter for baking and texturing, and later brought back into Blender for rigging and final rendering.
