Rumi-Rumi
a series of 3D-printed objects
Rumi-Rumi is my personal project where I create different types of 3D-printed objects: modular figures, flexi models, small interior items, and functional pieces. The project includes several directions, but they share the same principles — simple printing, clean geometry, and soft, readable shapes.
Idea and approach
Rumi-Rumi brings together different kinds of objects that are:
easy to print,
pleasant to hold,
simple to assemble,
and interesting to combine.
The focus is on clean lines, soft forms, and clear construction logic.
System and structure
Rumi-Rumi consists of several independent directions
Flexi models
Small articulated creatures printed in one piece or in two parts (head–body). They move straight off the build plate and require no supports. This includes dinosaurs, animals, and stylized creatures.
Rumi Blocks — modular elements and figures
Compatible elements for building animals, characters, small scenes, towers, or custom combinations. Characters in the project are also based on this system — rounded shapes, clean parts, and mix-and-match possibilities.
Functional and interior objects
A separate line of printable household items:
the cat lamp,
a tennis racket holder,
small containers and accessories.
All designed to print without supports.
Printing and materials
Rumi-Rumi models are made for standard FDM printers:
PLA / PETG
0.16–0.2 mm layer height
support-free printing
simple assembly and clean geometry
Most models are designed with AMS printing in mind, but they also work well in single-color setups. Some models have multi-part versions where each color is printed separately.
Who it is for
makers looking for clean, easy-to-print models;
parents and kids;
collectors of small 3D-printed figures;
people who sell printed models on marketplaces;
anyone who needs small decorative or functional items.
About the project
Rumi-Rumi includes several directions — from flexi models and modular blocks to interior and functional objects.
The project develops naturally, expanding as new pieces appear.
