Illustration for McCombs Magazine (University of Texas at Austin)

This piece accompanied a feature article in McCombs Magazine on large-scale pandemic loan fraud.
The goal was to visualize the scope of the investigation and its connection to financial, urban, and governmental systems.

I explored several compositional sketches, focusing on different aspects — from loan distribution to tracking and consequences. The final illustration centers on an analyst figure as a metaphor for scrutiny and investigation.
